The work is all shot in and around Main Street Flushing also know as Queens Chinatown. It is a place of community, celebration and commerce specific to the culture. When you step off the 7 train or any of the many busses that start or end in Flushing it is as if you have arrived in another country. Main Street is truly unique to Queens and the photographs are a document of that.
